This blog documents the ongoing Provenance Project at the Michigan State University Special Collections Library.  It is maintained by Andrew Tenopir Lundeen, a Special Collections Librarian at MSU and a recent Master’s graduate in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  Since September 2013, while he was still finishing up his degree through UIUC’s distance education program, Andrew has been working in the Special Collections Department at MSU, charged with investigating and cataloging the provenance of their rare books.   Andrew lives in Eaton Rapids, Michigan with his wife Norma and their two cats.
